In all aspects Middlerigg was brilliant. Location was superb. Condition, cleanliness and comfort around the property was excellent.
The welcome pack was lovely and much appreciated and little touches like hand wash at all the sinks, adequate dishwasher tablets, beanbags etc were again appreciated. Separate hand towels in all bathrooms and generous amounts of toilet roll were also a great addition..
The staff were very helpful and we got a call to inform us that the cottage was ready a few hours before check in which was really helpful.

The best equipped holiday-let we have ever stayed in.
The Reading Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and superbly equiped. We like to cook all our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. It even had a lemon zester. The setting was lovely and sitting out in the garden enjoying the stream and birds was so peaceful.
