Our handpicked portfolio of luxury retreats is in response to a deep-seated desire to share the properties we love to spend time in ourselves.

From coastal retreats on the Northumberland coast to the rural idyll of country retreats in the Yorkshire Dales, every Catch the Breeze luxury holiday home is the epitome of discernment and taste.

With years of experience, we take enormous pleasure in our collection of holiday properties that provide peace, beauty and personal touches in equal measure. Places that make you feel there’s nowhere else you’d rather be.

What our guests say

One of the best holiday properties ever!!

Rock Lobster is definitely one of the best holiday properties we’ve ever stayed in! The location is incredible – literally just yards from the sea – and we were blessed with a week of absolutely beautiful weather.

The kitchen is fantastically well-equipped; the beds super-comfy; furnishings really smart; views to die for; loads of hot water; luxurious towels and bedlinen; an outdoor table and chairs for use in good weather; an upstairs seating area with a stunning view of the seas; an amazing house in absolutely every way imaginable!

Perfect family stay

We stayed as a multi generational family and all agreed that Harbour Way is the best holiday rental we’ve stayed in together. The house is beautiful with everything we could ever need and in a great position. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Thank you.

Congratulations to the team at Catch the Breeze for creating such a wonderful, stylish and comfortable holiday home - we have enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

We have thoroughly enjoyed being the first guests in this fabulous property. We crossed the field to join the coastal path for walks to Beadnell, Low Newton and Craster.

A very well equipped and comfortable house

We have stayed in several houses in Craster over the years but Craster Reach is the favorite.

A very comfortable and well equipped house, very convenient for delicious meals at The Jolly Fisherman
and the many walks around Craster.

Catch the Breeze Retreats provide outstanding properties and offer great service.

Special occasions in a beautiful area

The Reading Rooms are typically well appointed and equipped as expected from Catch the Breeze. Loved being beckside. Ben is the local agent and is a great bloke.

Birthday and anniversary celebrations in the wonderful Yorkshire Dales. Drive up over the moor to Hawes.
Weather limited walking with some flooding in fields and the odd road. Hardraw Force dramatic at the moment.
Stone House Hotel, White Hart, Green Dragon and George Inn all good eating. Gayle Mill (Thursdays) worth a visit. Would love to return in drier weather and venture further.
