Full Details
This new build property sits within two acres of countryside near the village of Beadnell and offers off road parking, EV charging, and scenery that will take your breath away with every turn.

A stone path will lead you to the property and from there you'll step into a vast hall space brimming with natural light.

You'll feel at home immediately as you take the open plan living space that comprises the kitchen complete with Quartz worktops, a utility room, family sized lounge and your very own reading room.

With sofas from Tamarisk, dining chairs from Vincent Sheppard, and a showstopper bespoke dining table courtesy of Ennis & Wood, it's hoped that stories are shared, laughter is heard, and great food is eaten amongst loved ones within this impressive ground floor hosting space.

From the kitchen and dining space, you can escape the culinary delights through full-length glass sliding doors and enjoy the patio area and its scenic views.

Impressive oak wooden stairs will lead you up to the four bedrooms, each coming with en-suites tiled with Mandarin stone. The master bedroom will be hotly contested for, as it comes complete with a deep, freestanding bath, perfect for a long soak after exploring the local area.

If you can be peeled away from the home comforts on offer here at the Mill Farmhouse, then the world is your oyster when you step outside the property. The outdoor space is ample, and nearby you'll find a calming stream, an abundance of plants and wildlife, and the Long Nanny which will lead you to the coast within minutes. Take in the serene sounds of nature, take in the sea air, and create memories together in the heart of Northumberland nature.

Location
This corner of Northumberland is wonderfully quiet, but there's loads to see and do when you want to get out and about. The charming old seaside village of Beadnell is just a 2 mile walk along the coast, and the surrounding coast provides endless opportunity for castle-spotting, wildlife-watching, beach walks and watersports. You'll need at least a week to do it all justice; better still, two.

Family retreat

Wonderful house in a great location for a family beach holiday. This was our second year and the house was in the same condition as our first trip. Highly recommend- Tara, Clare and the team make sure you’re well looked after.

Mill Farmhouse is perfect for anyone wanting a touch of luxury in beautiful Northumberland

We were really looking forward to staying in this very new property and we were not disappointed. The house, the comfort, the quality of the furniture, the views.......!!. did not disappoint and the photos do not do it justice.

It's hard to explain how a property can be both spacious and cosy at the same time but Mill Farmhouse really is. With 3 separate lounge areas there is room for everyone to "do their own thing" yet still feel involved in all that is going on. The kitchen is fabulous for both cooking and socialising.

All bedrooms and en-suites are spacious and comfortable and no one feels they "got the short straw" everyone is different with unique features.

The circular staircase is quite steep and anyone with significant mobility problems may struggle and would need to take extra care.
It's worth noting that the footpath to the beach is across a field, but once on the beach the walk to Beadnell is hard to beat on any day!

This is our fourth stay in Northumberland with Catch the Breeze and this is by far the best property so far - mainly owing to how spacious it is, but also because of the quality of furnishings CTB are known for.

Staff are all wonderful and a special mention to Claire, Guest Relations & Property Co-ordinator for her exceptional service.
